FEFU Campus Accommodation Rules
The purpose of these regulations is to provide you with a tranquil and secure experience in our hotel building, fostering an environment of mutual respect among guests and staff. Your compliance with these rules during your stay at the FEFU campus hotel is greatly appreciated.
The guests are obliged to:
- Treat hotel rooms, equipment, and inventory with care.
- Conserve energy (electricity, heat) and water.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas.
- Reimburse the hotel for any material damages caused.
Guests are prohibited from:
- Smoking in rooms and on the adjacent grounds of the hotel building.
- Using electric stoves, homemade heaters, or any open flames in hotel rooms.
- Duplicating keys or transferring them to third parties.
- Providing rooms for accommodation to third parties, including those residing in other hotel rooms or buildings.
- Being intoxicated or consuming alcoholic beverages in public areas of the campus hotel complex.
- Creating excessive noise or vibration that disrupts the normal living conditions.
- Removing room furnishings from the hotel building.
- Engaging in trade, providing paid services, or distributing advertising materials on the hotel complex grounds.
- Preparing food directly in hotel rooms.
- Keeping animals within the grounds, premises of the hotel buildings, and hotel rooms.
Fire safety
We kindly request that you always adhere to the following fire safety regulations:
- The use of electrical heating devices without thermal protection is prohibited in guest rooms.
- Smoking is prohibited in all hotel buildings.
- The storage of flammable and explosive materials is prohibited in guest rooms.
- Please turn off all electrical appliances and lights when leaving your room.
In case of fire:
- Leave your hotel room. Don't lock the doors.
- In case of heavy smoke at corridors and stairways remain in your hotel room.
- Shut and tighten the entry door. This will protect you from the exposure to the high temperature heat.
- To avoid smoke poisoning block the ventilation holes with towels or bedsheets wet with water.
- Inform the receptionist of your location over the phone. Approach the window and give a sign requesting help.
